Hi All,
I have a ProForm 325 CSX exercise Bike Model PFEX43921 the issue is Tensioner goes to high setting button 22 but does not return to low setting on any button.
What I have tried I have swapped out current tensioner motor for another working motor but same result.I have use a 9 volt battery to reverse motor to low setting reconnected it and it works on every setting up to 22 highest but when I try to go back down to lowest settings none work. Multi-meter placed multi meter cables on power cable blue and yellow always shows positive voltage from console to motor no Negative Voltage
but if obviously if I reverse cables Blue yellow -voltage to motor returns to low setting
I have tested all wires continuity all is good.
I have tested voltage = Positive 4.98 volts it seems this is all I get through all the settings with a 5k Pot attached and rotating it they change when the 4.98 volts is triggered.
let me know you thoughts if this is the console or a fix for it (there does not seem to be many components which are replaceable on console motor board)
