I recently updated the software in my Matrix R50 with XIR Console. Soon after the entire screen went black. Now, when I boot up, the Matrix/Johnson/... logo appears, then just goes away. I know the head is still powered because after a time the energy conservation light comes on and then goes off after pedaling, then goes back on. I have found a XR console on Ebay and that works fine, but not happy with that.
Anyone know what needs to be fixed in this console to make it work again, or another forum more suitable for this question?
